Data Structures and Algorithms in C++

I see no contributions for C++ users in the collection of Data Structures and Algorithms.

I am a beginner in the open source world. This would be my first contribution. So, I want to start with introduction of Graph Data Structure.
I would create a folder named "Graph". I would explain basics of Graph with the help of diagrams and codes(in C++). The topics I would include:

1. What is Graph?
2. Basic Terminologies
3. Types of Graph
4. Adjacency List and Adjacency Matrix
5. Methods to traverse Graphs

Later, I would like to move to other topics in Graphs too.
I kindly request @pankaj-bind to assign this to me. Thank you.
