Documentation on default flags for python.autorest is outdated #5155

Before filling a bug

  • have you checked the faq for known issues.
  • have you checked existing issues

Describe the bug
The documentation at https://github.com/Azure/autorest/blob/main/docs/generate/flags.md#provisional-flags says that --version-tolerant is false by default, but this has been changed in v6 ( Azure/autorest.python#1186 ). Same for the black flag, and a few others.

Expected behavior
The defaults in the documentation reflect the current version.

Additional context
Finding when this changed was challenging as autorest.python no longer has a changelog.
