[✨ Feature request]: Improve steel profiles

Description

This is the plan for extending and improving the steel profiles after the refactor.

New features:

• [Feature✨] GenericCrossSection class with from_polygon method
• [Feature✨] with_corossion method for steel profile sections

Improvements:

• [Refactor🛠️] add tests for standard profiles creation and validation
• [Refactor🛠️] Add tests for cross section abstract classes

Documentation

• [Docs📚] Add/edit documentation for all new features from refactor
