Bluetooth 2.0 Dongle compatible?

Win11, VirtualBox, python 3.9.13, Switch 1
A friend is trying to connect using a Bluetooth 2.0 Dongle and arent sure if it is compatible with switch1. The dongle shows on lsusb, bluetoothctl and even 1 time, while in bluetoothctl, the switch appeared as device. While doing Test, Demo or Webapp just keeps infinitely connecting.

Any suggest?? Thanks
