What happened?
if Mod A adds a new affliction and Mod B overrides it, to enable both, Mod A must be placed above Mod B in the load order
If the server has both mods enabled correctly, but a client only manually enabled Mod B before joining, the client will fail to enable all mods in the server's specified order upon connection, leaving Mod A disabled on the client side
