Page maintenance - Under construction

I created a template page-maintenance.hbs that i use as homepage when i want to put my website under maintenance mode.
I know it's a bit hasty and i know it's possible to use server option to do that.
But if someone has a template already made for that or a plugin or other solution more serious, I'll be happy to use it.
