Is GraphComment dead? I can't login to their support in order to report issues with plugin #2336

thanks @candidexmedia . it looks like the issue is gone now, thankfully. and, I figured out that I had apparently configured the Site I created with the test URL instead of my public, productions URL. I added a new site with the proper URL as I don't see a way to modify the URL, at least it's working now. |

Bug description
GraphComment plugin is activated. However, whenever somebody comments on my live site, the link I get in my GraphComment dashboard is to the Publii preview URL, e.g., file:////Users/nabeards/Documents/Publii/preview/{page-name}/index.html
I attempted to make a New Post to their Community Support at https://support.graphcomment.com/hc/en-us/community/topics but I just get stuck in a login loop of the login page (which shows me at the top already authenticated, though I also tried "unsign me" and do another login) --> brief flash of the "Add New Topic" page [https://support.graphcomment.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/new] --> flash to topics page again --> return to login page. I am using Safari 18.5.
Is there any way to get this fixed with their plugin? It's really annoying to get a message that I can't approve because all of the URLs are wrong in their dashboard. I confirmed my full proper URL is configured for my site on their system, not the preview link it's using. So it must be pulling that from somewhere within Publii incorrectly.
