[Help needed] Fonts not working in preview mode but in live view

When I choose a font like Plus Jakarta Sans, the preview does not show this font. it looks like OS font but in bold.
I use Safari 26.0.1

After uploading my site, the font looks good:

Steps to reproduce

choose a theme, change font selection from OS font to any other, like Plus Jakarta Sans or Figtree or ...

It works perfectly in the preview on my end. I suspect the issue is with your installation - possibly caching, a local configuration problem, or a CORS policy restriction.

Note: It’s recommended to use this option only temporarily for testing purposes.

Yeap, I think Safari’s CORS restrictions might be blocking your local resources. Go to Settings → Developer and select Disable Local File Restrictions.

I changed the heading accordingly :-)

It worked without problems in v 0.46.5 and I think the cause is that some (not all) file references in the generated pages are changed from file:/// to file://// and Safari doesn't get that.

A workaround like above is nice, but it would be greater to correct the root cause. It worked flawless in the older versions.

Completely agree here. I've not been getting any fonts on Bespoke showing since the upgrade out of v 0.46.5. Has anyone really found a fix to this?
