net.luckperms.api.LuckPerms access from Forge mod

Arclight 1.20.1 on Forge 1.0.6-SNAPSHOT-6859fcb
Can I write a Forge mod and access the net.luckperms.api.LuckPerms plugin from within the mod? Because org.bukkit.Bukkit can be used in a mod.
For example, I can execute this code from a mod:

private boolean checkPlayerPermission(String player, String permission) {
        try {
            org.bukkit.entity.Player bukkitPlayer = (org.bukkit.entity.Player) Bukkit.getPlayer(player) ;
            return bukkitPlayer.hasPermission(permission);   
        } catch (Exception e) {
            LOGGER.error("Ошибка при проверке прав: {}", e.getMessage());
            return false;
        }
    }

But I don’t understand how to get to the namespace of other plugins.
