Is there a way to test if my ramdisk is really being utilized?

Is there a way to test if my ramdisk is really being utilized? I am noticing a lot of tbw on my nvme drive, 4.5tb in 9 days. I have /tmp/backblaze/ set as a docker volume (unraid) pointing to Container Path: /drive_t/. In backblaze I have drive z selected for temporary files

Backblaze is really the only activity that I can think of that could be using causing that amount of data to be written.
