Feature Request: D130 Doorbell With Package Detected Binary Sensor #1033

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am able to see the person detected, as well as motion detected, but not able to have any binary sensor package detected. I thought it would appear after device recognizes it's first package, and it did, but there is still not a package detected sensor. I was hoping to add package detected automations.
