This pull request updates the filtering logic in the
Invoke-ListNewUserDefaultsfunction to improve how user default templates are selected based on tenant filters and requested template IDs. The main focus is to ensure correct and intuitive behavior when filtering by tenant, especially when "AllTenants" is specified.Tenant filtering improvements:
$TenantFilteris set to'AllTenants', only templates specifically stored under'AllTenants'are returned. For other tenant values, both tenant-specific and'AllTenants'templates are included in the results.
