Feature Summary

Currently AWS and GCP maintenance events are already supported by the CSP health monitor. Azure provides maintenance notifications as documented here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/maintenance-and-updates and can be plugged into the CSP health monitor

Problem/Use Case

Ability to cordon/drain nodes when Azure requests for maintenance on a node.
