HF frequencies are shown in incorrect notation

When using the webserver to DX on the HF (LW/MW/SW) bands with compatible TEF receivers, the frequency is shown in MHz notation instead of kHz.

For example, 1017 kHz is instead shown as 1.017 MHz.

Frequencies also have to be entered in the MHz notation to be tuned.

Don't forget that this is primarily an FM-DX Webserver, so I'm not sure if this is a good idea to implement, as might be chaotic if the units got switched - same with the inputs. However what I plan on doing is adding a BW selector for AM.
