Add table of examples to spec for easy scanning #223

At @baywet's request here is an issue for a PR I will submit forthwith.
The PR adds an examples table to 1.1.0-dev.md for easy scanning of ways to use overlay motivated to make it easy to discover ways to use overlay for things people might expect there to be keywords for, like move.
In order to make the table not appear nonsensical I reorganized the order of examples, added some examples, and changed some headings. This will make the PR non-trivial, and because of that there is a chance I will miss some changes that have been committed since I wrote this, although I will do my best to not lose anything.
