Training a Voice Model that has Every Phoneme

Hello!

I am working on a tts app that has advanced customization options and I would love to include piper in my project. I love it so far!

I was wondering if there is a way to train a model to include every phoneme regardless of the language. I would love to use tones on an English model for example.

Any help is appreciated :)
