Make Cows Retaliate Like The Chickens Do

Is it possible to get Cows to retaliate like the Chickens do? Maybe have them do a bit more damage as well because, Cow. Bonus toggled feature would be if you attack too many Cows in X amount of Time, AND have too many Cows in a given Radius around the Player while doing so, can cause a chance of a Stampede. Have a 50/50 chance that the herd runs towards the Player, or away from the Player. Fun with damage multipliers!
