Issues installing/uninstalling SEB

Hello,

Recently I've had two students who's Safe Exam browser is not working.
When running the installer there is no visible time spent installing (it just finishes instantly telling you the installation was succesful". However, when trying to run Safe Exam Browser, it's nowhere to be found.
When running the installer again you get the prompt to "uninstall' Safe Exam browser...
But when you try this, the uninstall is unsuccessful...
You get following error messages (the installationsource for this product is not available...).
Also, the power settings have dissapeared, only "sign out" is available. But I can't use SEB reset utility, as nothing is installed on the system..... (registry / gpedit / all are configured to show power settings...)

I fixed the issue by running an in-place upgrade for Windows 11. So it must have been some file corruption somewhere...

We were never able to reproduce issues like the one reported above. Thus, the current and most logical explanation is indeed a corruption of the system (configuration) which is not necessarily related to or even caused by SEB or its installation.
