Installation Issue Error 0x80070643: Failed to install MSI package

When installing SEB at the end I get the error SEB failed to start Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services .
But that can not be the problem I am running it as an Administrator. And I have Windows 11

This is with very high probability an issue on your system resp. with its configuration. Googling the error message from the installer gives various results you can try, there unfortunately isn't much more that we can do from afar.
