Does async db.get_schema_registry("dust_core::entity::*") .apply(&db) when entity updates does sql also updates?

Hi, first if create db with:

db.get_schema_registry("dust_core::entity::*")
            .apply(&db)

And later on, i might update entity, and run that again (this would actually runs everysingle time when app starts)
would sql update as well>?
