External Secrets api change on 0.17 #221

External Secrets operator changed the apis on 0.17 release
The Kubernetes API could not find version "v1beta1" of [external-secrets.io/SecretStore](http://external-secrets.io/SecretStore) for requested resource argocd/aws-secrets-manager. Version "v1" of [external-secrets.io/SecretStore](http://external-secrets.io/SecretStore) is installed on the destination cluster.
We need to update the helm-secret chart and change it from v1beta1 to v1
