Error when trying to read synpuf-omop open-access bucket

When trying to do ls on the synpuf-omop open-access bucket I'm getting an error. I tried on my machine and the AWS console cloudshell:

$aws s3 ls --no-sign-request s3://synpuf-omop/

An error occurred (AccessDenied) when calling the ListObjectsV2 operation: Access Denied
The command is the one that appears in the page https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/prodview-f7br22sw3qlg2?sr=0-1&ref_=beagle&applicationId=AWSMPContessa#resources
