[BUG] QS crash when changing action icon while launcher is open

• I've successfully updated the system packages to the latest.
• I've ticked the checkboxes without reading their contents

Step 3. Describe the issue

I use custom launcher actions/custom script, and as a little and cool feature I made their icon changing when toogling these actions. But when the icon is automaticly changed while the launcher is up it makes QS crashing.

Is it possible to do something about it or is it stricly about QS itself?

Here is my script that is called each time I toggle one of my custom launcher action

Maybe the simplest fix is just to add a sleep timer I guess?
