Replacement for bot hosting on Heroku #1600
Description
It seems like the bot has been flakey since some of the lockdowns that happened with the security issues Heroku had in the winter.
They've now announced that the free tier is going away entirely https://blog.heroku.com/next-chapter. Not sure if it makes sense to try and contact the open source office (likely not) or see what other hosts might be able to replace it.
