Support for Docker/Devcontainers

It would be useful to have this extension for for docker/devcontainers as well as the ssh functionality.

I thought devpod would be a good candidate for this since it automatically creates an ssh connection when you spin up a devcontainer. however i had trouble getting that to work outlined here:

However, I think having supported docker/devcontainer functionality built in would be a great use of distant.

Ssh has been fairly buggy because of the client libraries that we've had to use written in C. I've had a branch that was working towards chipsenkbeil/distant#193 for awhile (use native Rust ssh), but due to job changes my time hasn't allowed me to sit down and dedicate the focused cycles needed to crank it out.

Interestingly, your interest in docker isn't a crazy concept. I've had it as a tracking issue (chipsenkbeil/distant#194) after I read through an implementation of a docker crate that would nicely slide in as another distant integration. Once again, job hasn't given me the space to focus enough time on this.
