Clarify the state of ARM Chromebooks #241

Hello. I was trying to better understand how the boot process works on different ChromeOS devices, but especially on Snapdragon 7c ones (google-trogdor). In other words, learn what really happens between the bootrom and PID 1. My first instinct was to check out your docs, but I now realize they are probably meant for people seeking concrete and practical tutorials, so giving a technical overview of the platform is likely a non-goal here.

Still, the only mentions of ARM are warnings that macOS and Windows are not supported and that the only compatible boot option is depthcharge. After that, it's not really clear whether the linked FyraLabs' submarine guide is a replacement or an addition to these docs.

Also, is this statement really true?

[depthcharge] is the only option on ARM devices since they do not have any custom firmware.

…and does it mean customizing their firmware is not possible at all, or just that it's currently not a thing?
