I see some updates in the experimental branch. I'm a little bit confused. Is the experimental branch connected to next.dndkit.com? Does it have improved memoization? And how do you join the slack group?

I am also curious about the next branch. Is it currently advised to start using it rather then the legacy version? I tried to open some Sandbox like useSortable but the link is not working. I wanted to check some examples, where would I find these? Cheers

Great stuff, I converted my sortable components to the next branch and I haven't bumped into any issue at all. One thing I am missing as an example is the bound to the parent component. RestrictToVerticalAxis works flawlessly but I haven't seen an example that the dragging area is limited to the parent div container. Is there an example for React I can look at?

Has the @dnd-kit/react package on npm been updated to the Next version? It appears that the @dnd-kit/core package in the lockfile does not include the @next tag.
If it hasn't been updated, how can I switch to the Next version?

See this migration guide. @dnd-kit/core no longer exists in the experimental version. Only /react and /helpers
