Proposed Changes:

Replaced the zero embedding vector with another one that Pinecone accepted. And changed the dimensions of the embedding vector in the Qdrant example to make it consistent with the default embedding dimension of the QdrantDocumentStore (768).

How did you test it?

Ran it locally.
