Unable to Tile Multiple Windows on One Half of the Screen

Hi, so I'm not sure if it is intended or I am missing something, but I can't tile more than one window on one half of the screen,if I keep adding more windows it will go to the right for instance and I can't move the window to use the left half of the screen with another application
