The top of window is cut off if Plasma panel is visible by default.

Symptom
The top of the window is out of range of my monitor.

How to Reproduce

1. Login with visible panel at bottom.

Expected behavior
It places the window in correct position.

Environment

• Distro: Archlinux
• KWin version: 6.3.4-4
• Krohnkite version: 0.9.8.5
• List of KWin scripts in use: Dynamic Workspaces, Krohnkite

Notes
It only happens when you login, if you open a new window, it will returns to the right place.
If your panel is hidden by default, the position of window will be normal.
