Voice assistant V25.11.0 not working

The problem

I have two Voice assistant PE units. I updated both to V25.11.0 today. Both stopped working.

They are connected to my wifi, they display a red circle. I have tried resetting them (deleting the entry from HA, Turning the voice units off, and on again, holding the button unit the unit confirms it has reset itself). but when I re-add them (HA does find them) it shows an empty entry. (see image below in comment section)

I downgraded to V25.09.0 and V25.10.0 and both work. As soon as I update back to V25.11.0 it stops working.
I tried flashing 25.11.0 both via wifi and via usb but it seems the api doesn't agree on a handshake.
