feat: Add custom icon for Nix folder

A lot of people (myself included) have a nix directory which contains their flake configuration. It would be nice if we could have a custom icon for it with the nix logo.

I was having a similar problem. While eza does not support icons for specific folders you can set icons for filenames. filenames are understood as the last element of a path. This allows you to do something like this on your theme.yml.

filenames:
  "Workspace": {icon: {glyph: "\uF313"}}

I am using a escape sequence here because of the lack of support for nerd fonts on GH, but you can just use the icon you like as seen here.
