Mageia 9 builds failing with missing gconv-modules.cache

When tried to build ID 9880159 , https://download.copr.fedorainfracloud.org/results/jadziamd/kde-kup/mageia-9-x86_64/09880159-bup/builder-live.log.gz , it's seems to be failing before it gets even to my spec file. This works fine on the Fedora ones.

mageia 9 does not have these packages in their repositories, which is required by your build requires
