Question: Is `canAddElements` available for use yet?

Hi, I have a question about the canAddElements property in the array field.
I have a use case where I need to dynamically enable or disable the Add button. However, when I add this property, it behaves as shown in the image below.
Is this property currently available for use? If not, is there another way to dynamically enable or disable the Add button?
