Numeric Control on Column Filter doesn't allow typing 0's after decimal #715
Description
If you have a column with a numeric field, you can enter or edit a number with zeros after the decimal (such as 0.001) fine using either the inline editor or side panel editor. However if you try to type in a similar number in the column filter field, as soon as you type a 0 after the decimal point, it changes the entire value of the field to be 0. You can't type in a number like 0.01. You can paste in a number or type a number like 0.1 and then move the cursor back and insert a 0 but you can't just type it straight in like you can elsewhere in the app.
