Why do some apps immediately snap out of their zone when you single the title bar where others don't snap out until you click, hold, and drag the window?
I first noticed this in Brave when I would go to click the '+' icon to create a new tab, but if I missed the icon by a few pixels, the brave window would immediately snap out of its zone with just a single click. No hold and no dragging. It's really annoying when it happens. I tested this with other Chromium based browsers like Chrome and Helium and they all did the same thing. VSCode and its forks work this way. Steam does it as well.
Contrast that with Firefox based browsers like it and Zen. They don't unsnap until you click, hold, and drag. My terminal (Ghostty), Dolphin, System Settings, and Spotify are other apps I've tested that don't unsnap until you drag.
Is there a way I can make Chromium based browsers less sensitive and not unsnap until the window is dragged out of the zone?
