Bug on Windows 10 bash: /C/cosmocc/bin/cosmocc: cannot execute: required file not found

I've got https://cosmo.zip/pub/cosmos/bin/dash as my C:\bin\sh and C:\cosmocc\bin\sh

1. Open cmd
2. type: C:\bin\bash -l
3. type: cd D:
4. type: cosmocc

Result bash: /C/cosmocc/bin/cosmocc: cannot execute: required file not found for both #!/bin/bash #!/bin/sh

6. type: cd C:
7. type: cosmocc -o hello /D/hello.c

Result - hello: Permission denied
