[FEATURE REQUEST] Set connector text angle so as to be tangential to connector #5365

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I want the text on connector to always/automatically be on angle that's parallel to its connector's direction, ie. tangential, without me having to specify rotation angle manually.
Describe the solution you'd like
Draw.io already knows the angle of the connector (regardless of type). There should be an option in Arrange->Angle to "Tangent" or "Automatic" instructing to Draw.io to set text angle.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Obviously, I can set Arrange->Angle value manually, but as soon as rearrange objects, I have to manually reset - why, when Draw.io knows the angle of the connector?
