Update dependency specifics in doc

Would it be possible to update the readme to list the specific dependency versions for all the components. I am running into issues running under Python36 (required for Torch=0.4.0) but looks like I have compatibility issues with some of the other libraries when getting latest and have tried various combinations with no success. Maybe just what you know has worked for you would suffice.

This is a great project thank you!

Specifically if you can suggest versions for:
NumPy
SciPy
PyTorch=0.4
tqdm
tensorboard_logger
Matplotlib

Hi, I have modified the settings. Python 3.7.3 and torch 1.3.0 work for me, and hope this will work for you, too.

Thank you. The solution is running, detecting my gpu so have made some progress. At the moment though it's blocking on the enumerate() call and am debugging to understand why. Happens for both fleet_v3 and fleet_v5.

in train.py / train_epoch():

for batch_id, batch in enumerate(tqdm(training_dataloader, disable=opts.no_progress_bar)): . . .
