PHP to build MTZ import/export files

I have the script under /bin called mdt-create-mtz this is the main help command to build the export mtz file that then can be used to import into Maltego. So this help command is pretty critical for this hole project as I aim to make a easy way to deploy these local transforms into your Maltego now that we don't have a "transform" server etc.

This file also serves as a "basic" template to how I want to build the help command files. Like how I want to handle errors or system OS and path names.
