Add arm64 support

As I know currently this project does not have arm64 support. It has x86_64 and amd64 but why not arm64. It says it's cross compatible but why does it not have arm 64 support that would make it better.

Note that it does work on arm devices. The issue is that GitHub doesn't offer arm64 Linux runners for GA yet, so unless we overcomplicate the existing build.yaml (spin up a Docker container or something similar and build from inside it), I don't think this can be automated and you'd always have to manually add releases for arm64 (at least the Linux builds)
