[Feature Request] RClone Integration + Debrid/DDL Support

Wouldn't it be so cool to have an RClone integration and API? This way, users could download directly from other clouds to their cloud that is on FileStash?

Seems like a nobrainer seeing that basically all the things FileStash supports are working back and forth on RClone.

Also, it would be so cool to be able to paste direct download links AND enter a debrid service's API key/account in able to quickly download premium links (and in many cases, torrents) directly to your cloud.

I will try to make a proper addon for this, including a download manager if possible, but it would be a good core functionality.

I would also be interested in a download manager-like viewerpage... or not quite. Maybe another category of generic page that users could click on to view.

In my case it would be a download manager for Syncthing-backed selective file transfers where it would be useful to see queued downloads and various statistics.

Another such page that I'd like to add would be a flat files view--maybe this could be another type of metadata-backed filespage.

But it seems like there isn't an existing pattern for adding these types of non-admin extraneous pages?
