Option for users to store credentials

**Context**
Many web tasks require logging to online web services. Right now user has to manually take over from CUA agent to input credentials.

**Proposed solution**
User can store credentials for various web services to be retrieved once CUA agent accesses that website.

**Acceptance criteria**
Needs to be secure and pass RCT - look into risk of leakage
