DSC resource to configure Microsoft.Office package components

Description of the new feature / enhancement

It might be useful to configure which parts of the Microsoft.Office package are installed. For example, I might only need Excel and OneNote, and nothing else.
Or I might need Office installed in multiple languages.

Proposed technical implementation details

A DSC sample just like how Windows.Sandbox has one would be perfectly enough. It could even be an additional example for Windows Sandbox, so we can right away run it and see how it works.
