What problem does this feature solve?

Be able to push notifications to Zulip in addition to other channels.

Proposed Solution

Similarly to existing integrations for Slack, Matrix or Discord, have a native integration for pushing to Zulip.

Alternatives Considered

It could be possible to do that via ntfy or apprise, but requires deploying more components or using external services.
