Add iOS beta app to AltStore

Feature description

Hi there,

I'm a fan of the beta versions of Mullvad for trying out new features and fixes before the rollout in a stable release (imho they're usually stable enough already). On a desktop platform this is no issue. However, on iOS you'd have to go through TestFlight, which seems impossible right now due to a limit on the number of devices enrolled that has already been reached.

For this reason, I'd suggest, if possible, to provide other means for installing the beta version on iOS. One good example is AltStore. It is mainly aimed to EU users, though, so, while it helps, it might not be a final solution. I haven't seen this issue requested so far, so I'm going to mention that to me at least the AltStore would be enough.
