This version incorporates the BANC (Brain and Nerve Cord) connectome:

  • template brain (flybrains.BANC)
  • brain and neuropil meshes (e.g. flybrains.BANC.mesh_brain)
  • transforms to/from JRC2018F/JRCVNC2018F (by @jasper-tms, see #17)
  • transforms between BANC and the male CNS dataset
  • mirror transform for BANC

Additionally:

  • fix for male CNS VNC mesh (normals were inverted which led to in-volume queries being out of whack)

  1. Greatly improved the FLYWIRE/FAFB14 <-> JRCFIB2022M (maleCNS) transform.
  2. Added support for two-step CMTK transforms (relevant for the new MANC <-> JRCFIB2022M transform, see jefferislab/BridgingRegistrations#10).

    • weights for AliasTransforms are now set to 0 (i.e. no cost)
    • weights for simple AffineTransforms are set to 0.1
