ovirt.ovirt.ovirt_vm lacks option to set Video Type (SPICE setup)

SUMMARY

ovirt.ovirt.ovirt_vm lacks option to set Video Type. If using protocol 'SPICE' the video type stays "VGA" instead of "QXL" and the VMs do not start.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Create a VM with options:

graphical_console:
  protocol: 
    - spice

EXPECTED RESULTS

The "QXL" video can be configured, so that SPICE can be used and VM starts.

ACTUAL RESULTS

The "QXL" video cannot be configured. The default "VGA" persists and the VM does not start after creation.

This is not an ovirt-ansible-collection issue,
following the QXL+SPICE RHEL8 deprecation notice [1],
ovirt-engine 4.4 deprecated QXL (and SPICE relies on it)[2]
RHEL9 doesn't even have a spice client anymore.
You should use VGA+VNC for your consoles.

If you need to switch from QXL to VGA(+VNC), you need to :

1. set headless_mode, then reboot that VM:

graphical_console:
  headless_mode: true

2. set vnc (VGA implicitly), then reboot that VM:

graphical_console:
  protocol:
    - vnc

Setting vnc without setting headless_mode and rebooting a first time will fail (silently!) to provide you with a working console, as hinted in [2].
