Adding devices that are on wired network

Describe your core improvement

It would be useful if there would also be an option to also add ESPHome running devices that are connected via wired network. All of my ESPHome running devices are on wired network due to distance powered by PoE. PoE powered ESP32 devices cannot be connected to WiFi and Wired network at the same time.

Current limitations

Cannot add/manage existing devices, nor create new one, that is using wired network powered by PoE.

Technical benefits

This would broaden scope of ESPHome implementations in larger scale deployments.

What is not working? I have only one device with ethernet, but it is in the builder (dashboard) and in HA and everything is working fine, so really don't know where the issue is. The default template is for wifi enabled, which is true, as 99,9 % of people will use, but you can just replace the wifi: section with ethernet: and done. If you have already such configuration somewhere, you can just import or copy the whole yaml to the builder, so again no issue for "advanced" users.

Devices are adopted by HomeAssistant, that is running on a server. I cannot add running PoE devices to ESPHome builder, from where I would like to manage their configuration, updates etc. After selecting "New Device" and then "New Device Setup", I have to enter WiFi network name. That is just a default template. As aI mentioned, you can modify it or upload any config you like.
