Describe the enhancement

Allow users to select multiple devices from the UI and update them in batches instead of using the current ‘Update All’ functionality.

Use cases

Whenever you need to update a few devices in bulk, you have to go one by one, waiting for each device to finish updating. This process is very time-consuming and prone to errors.

The esphome cli already supports passing a list of yamls to update all.

Currently there is no way to filter in the dashboard but this pr will add that capability. Once that is merged it should be straight forward to add a selective update all.
